Every genuine Yonex racket comes with a unique laser-engraved serial number on the shaft and a hologram sticker on the handle. You can verify these codes through our official authentication portal.
Does Yonex offer a warranty on graphite rackets?
Yes, we provide a limited 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Please note that string breakage and damage caused by racket collisions or improper restringing are not covered.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for equipment?

Can I return a racket after it has been custom strung?
Customized items, including rackets strung to specific tensions at the customer's request, are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I choose the right shoe size for badminton or tennis?
Yonex shoes generally run true to size, but we recommend referring to our specific CM (centimeter) size chart. For high-intensity lateral movement, a snug fit with approximately 5mm of toe room is ideal.
